Shettima Reaffirms Government’s Commitment to Citizens’ Welfare During Condolence Visit in Nasarawa

Vice President Kashim Shettima has reinforced the Federal Government’s commitment to advancing the security and welfare of its citizens. During a condolence visit to Keffi, Nasarawa State, Shettima expressed the government’s dedication while consoling Minister of State for Police Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, following the death of her mother, Mrs. Aisha Sulaiman-Danladi.

Accompanied by notable figures such as APC National Chairman Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje and Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Senator Abubakar Kyari, Shettima conveyed President Bola Tinubu’s condolences and highlighted the late Mrs. Sulaiman-Danladi’s positive community impact. He praised her legacy of goodwill, expressing hopes for continued peace and prosperity in the nation.

Shettima stated, “Our strength lies in our unity and shared experiences. Today, we stand together as one nation, one people, sharing in both joy and sorrow.”

In response, Alhaji Bala Fari, representing the family, thanked the delegation for their support, noting the significance of the visit in their time of grief. The event was attended by former governors, members of the National Assembly, and traditional rulers, underscoring the high-level commitment to community solidarity.
