The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) governorship candidate for the September 21 election, Asue Ighodalo, has been formally awarded his Certificate of Return by the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party, affirming his victory in the primary election.
Taking to Twitter, Ighodalo, with the handle @Aighodalo, shared the news, stating, “Earlier today, the National Working Committee of our great Party, the PDP, presented me with my Certificate of Return as the Candidate of the Party in the upcoming September Gubernatorial election in Edo State.
“Our focus now is to unite the party and lead it to victory at the polls.”
