Former Senator from Kaduna State, Shehu Sani, took to his official Twitter handle on Thursday to express his concerns about some of President Bola Tinubu’s ministerial nominees. Sani described them as ‘serpents’ with a history of betrayal and treachery.
In his tweet, he also accused President Tinubu of rewarding ‘some vultures’ who played the role of Judas during the last general elections.
Shehu Sani’s comments came as a reaction to the release of Tinubu’s Ministerial list, where he voiced his disapproval of some of the nominees’ background and track record.
“The Ministerial list; The President embraced some Serpents with a known history of treachery and rewarded some vultures for playing the Judas. Appeasing a snake in a palace doesn’t spare the King”, Sani tweeted.
Recall that Senate President Godswill Akpabio read Tinubu’s ministerial list at the plenary on Thursday, which contained the names of former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai, his Rivers State counterpart, Nyesom Wike, and 26 other nominees.
